The more you can tell us up front, the closer our first answer will be to the final price. Useful things to include are the suburb, the property type and rough size, whether it is occupied or empty, what condition it is in, and when you need the work done by.
For end of tenancy work, send the property manager's checklist if you have one and tell us whether carpet cleaning is required by the tenancy agreement. For selling, tell us when the photographer is booked. For hoarding, deceased estate or contamination work, you do not need to explain everything in a first message. A sentence and a phone number is enough and we will take it from there.
We will normally come and look at the property before quoting anything substantial. Small and straightforward jobs can often be priced over the phone. Either way the quote is free, it is in writing, and there is no obligation attached to it.
We cover the whole Auckland region, from the Hibiscus Coast and the North Shore through Central Auckland and the isthmus, out to West Auckland and Waitakere, and south through Manukau, Papakura and Franklin, as well as East Auckland and Howick. If you are right on the edge of that, call and ask rather than assuming we will not travel.
