Exterior washing for homes and commercial buildings, using a soft wash treatment that kills the mould rather than just blasting the colour off it.
Auckland's humidity means mould, moss and lichen come back on the south and west faces of almost every building. High pressure knocks the surface growth off and it returns within months, and on weatherboard, plaster and painted surfaces it can force water past the cladding.
A soft wash applies a treatment at low pressure, kills the growth at the root and rinses it off. The building keeps getting cleaner for a few weeks afterwards as the dead growth washes away in the rain.
We wash cladding, soffits, fascia, joinery, garage doors and fencing. Roofs are assessed individually because access and roof condition vary enormously.
