Final inspections fail on the same things every time. Oven racks, range hood filters, window tracks, the inside of wardrobes, the top of doors and skirtings, and the state of the carpet. Those are the places we start.
If your property manager has given you a checklist, send it to us and we will work to it. If they have not, we work to the standard that Auckland property managers generally apply, which is more detailed than most people expect.
We clean occupied properties as well as empty ones. Empty is faster and gives a better result, but if the move is staged we work around what is still there.
