The jobs other cleaners turn down
Hoarded homes, deceased estates and contaminated properties are not a sideline for us. They are a large part of what we do, and it shows in how the work is handled.
Everything worth knowing about No 1 Cleaning Solutions: an Auckland cleaning company that takes on the jobs most others turn down, alongside the everyday cleaning that keeps homes and businesses running.
We are an Auckland based cleaning company covering the whole region, from the North Shore through Central, West, South and East Auckland. Our work splits roughly into three: specialist clean-ups, cleaning tied to moving or selling a property, and ongoing residential and commercial cleaning.
The specialist side is what people find us for. Hoarded homes, deceased estates, and the sorting and packing that goes with them. That work is slow, personal and often distressing for the family involved, and it needs a team who can be in someone's worst week without making it worse.
The rest is the everyday work. End of tenancy cleans for tenants and property managers, pre-sale cleans before the photographer arrives, carpets, upholstery, house washing, driveways, and scheduled cleaning for businesses. Same team, same standard.
Hoarded homes, deceased estates and contaminated properties are not a sideline for us. They are a large part of what we do, and it shows in how the work is handled.
Nothing leaves a property without your say so. Papers, photographs and valuables are boxed and handed back before anything is cleared.
No subcontracting and no revolving door of staff. On multi visit jobs you get the same faces each time.
We look at the property, price the work, and put it in writing. If the scope changes we tell you before we do it, not after.
We cover the Auckland region. If you are on the edge of it, call and ask rather than assuming we will not come.
Whether it is a single room or a whole property, tell us what you are dealing with and we will tell you what it needs.
